Zigbee is an IEEE 802.15.4-based specification for a suite of high-level communication protocols used to create personal area networks with small, low-power digital radios, such as for home automation!

The technology defined by the Zigbee specification is intended to be simpler and less expensive than other wireless personal area networks (WPANs), such as Bluetooth or more general wireless networking, such as Wi-Fi. Applications include wireless light switches, home energy monitors, traffic management systems, and other consumer and industrial equipment that requires short-range low-rate wireless data transfer.

Its low power consumption limits transmission distances to 10–100 meters line-of-sight, depending on power output and environmental characteristics. Zigbee devices can transmit data over long distances by passing data through a mesh network of intermediate devices to reach more distant ones. Zigbee is typically used in low data rate applications that require long battery life and secure networking. Zigbee automatic networking technology, no manual code matching, simple system debugging. App Control –Control switches from anywhere with your smartphone.

I got the the delivery faulty

I got the delivery faulty and had some ping pong emails to verify it’s really faulty!

I don’t think I have to provide photos for product I am saying it’s functionally not working !

Now I am still in return process and my outdoor lights setting there not working!

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t appear to function as expected.

We’d like to clarify that for all reported faults, our process requires some troubleshooting steps. This helps us determine whether the issue is with the device itself, the wiring/installation, or other possible factors. This process is standard across the industry for faulty product assessments.

In your case, the photo we requested was specifically of the wiring setup. This is because, as noted in your email to us, you had installed the unit yourself. Please note that in Australia, only a licensed electrician can carry out electrical work. Our request for a wiring photo was to ensure the product was installed correctly and to help identify the cause of the issue.

Finally, we can confirm that your return was only received yesterday—the same day your review was posted. The return was processed promptly on the same day as well, once the return procedure was completed.
