SHIPPING

We use Australia Post! Items are typically shipped the same or the following day from our warehouse in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. 

You can choose Australia Post Standard for $9.99 or Express for only $15.

For New Zealand & International shipping, we charge a flat rate of $50. For shipping times please refer to the Australia Post website.

If longer times are expected you will be contacted via email within 24hrs. 

We are committed to being a sustainable company and always choose the most sustainable ways of running the business this is why we have chosen a carbon neutral delivery service and we only use satchels that are biodegradable or recycled cardboard boxes.  


RETURNS
If you are not happy in any way with your Oz Smart Things purchase simply return it to us in original condition within 30 days for store credit. Please visit our online returns page where you can apply for a refund or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel an order please contact us by quoting your order reference and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your
