SHIPPING

We use Australia Post! Items are typically shipped the same if ordered before 11am or the following day from our warehouse in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. 

You can choose:

Free shipping if over a certain value using Sendle

Australia Post Standard $9.99

Australia Post Express $15

Startrack Premium for $20 (Not all our products have this option)

New Zealand we charge a flat rate of $23

International shipping we charge $50.

For shipping times please refer to the Australia Post website.

We cannot guarantee delivery times as the operations of couriers are not within our control. Delivery times change depending on the time of year and the courier's website should be consulted for reference. We ship most of the orders from Melbourne.

We are committed to being a sustainable company and always choose the most sustainable ways of running the business this is why we have chosen a carbon neutral delivery service and we only use satchels that are biodegradable or recycled cardboard boxes.  

DO NOT leave messages to couriers as we cannot guarantee any messages will be accepted and followed by them.


RETURNS
If you are not happy in any way with your Oz Smart Things purchase simply return it to us in original condition within 30 days for store credit.

All our products carry a 12-month guarantee if you have any problems with any of our goods within the guarantee period.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel an order please contact us by quoting your order reference and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your
credit/debit card in full.
