SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for Parcel Lockers or Sendle (Courier) for shipping  through out Australia, Items are typically shipped the same or following day from our warehouse in Sydney or Melbourne. 

Standard Shipping= $9 = 2 - 5 working days

Express Shipping= $15 = 1 - 3 working days 

If longer times are expected you will be contacted via email within 24hrs. 

We are committed to be a sustainable company and always choose most sustainable ways of running the business this is why we have chosen a carbon neutral delivery service and we only use satchels that are biodegradable or recycled boxes.  


RETURNS
If you are not happy in any way with your Oz Smart Things purchase simply return it to us in original condition within 30 days for a full refund. (Shipping at your expense) Please contact us via email for the warranty form before sending. 


FAULTY ITEMS
All our products carry a 12 month guarantee, if you have any problems with any of our goods within the guarantee period please
contact us to arrange a replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel an order please contact us quoting your order reference and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your
credit/debit card in full
