I bought a few of these dimmers and they all paired directly with my Hubitat hub as soon as power was applied, which was great.
I did have a need to factory reset a couple of them and this took a few attempts but this was mostly due to my lack of patience as I made attempt, after attempt. Eventually I discovered that I needed to allow 20 - 30 seconds between attempts at resetting the dimmers. Now that I do this, I ususally get the 5 x button press sequence correct.
I've also discovered that fitting a 'bypass' has made the dimming on my LED downlights smoother. I'm happy with these dimmers and they were a great price.

I tested this on a test bed. The push button worked and turned the light on and off. Dimming also worked both up and down without remote network control. Control from Zigbee2mqtt from the Homeassistant integration also worked well. However, as far as I can see, the switch wires (grey and red) had no effect as a direct switch and I could not see the state of the switch reported by Z2M (Sonoff e Dongle). That may well be a software problem in Z2M. I did not test ZHA or Tuya or whatever. Overall, seems to work well.
