Your order was placed on Saturday, 10 October, and was processed and dispatched promptly on Monday, 12 October, when our team returned to work on the next business day.
After you contacted us on 22 October, outside our support team's working hours, we responded on the next business day and immediately escalated the matter to our warehouse team to follow up with the courier. As advised in our email last Friday, our warehouse team has been asked to contact the courier and investigate the delay.
While we do our best to process and dispatch orders promptly, once a parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery is handled by their network, and delays can sometimes occur due to operational or technical issues beyond our direct control. Nice and quick setup. Had to modify them to fit my 40mm blinds (Printed some new plastic parts).
Does make noise on the lowest setting but quiet enough that you forget about it quickly.
