I have several now. One for gate control, one for water tank level, another for remote smoke detector notification and most recently one for monitoring a small solar panels output. I use the native app as well as integrated into Home Assistant. Quite useful devices.

    Good but not Fantastic

Got this just to experiment with. I do not have a use for it yet. So far I have used to monitor batteries and my solar hot water return temperate.
    First the Bad.
It has no means of attachment, this means it needs to simply hang loose.
It runs incredibly hot, this means double sided tape or any means of adhesive is not suitable.
This outputs are limited to 300 mA this you will an external relay.
There no terminal strip and the wires attached to the board are short, soldering iron and heat shrink required. I soldered the leads to a PCB with a terminal strip. There is market for a breakout bored if anyone is interested.
It relies on an internet connection for time and date, Means that you can not simply program and use it with out an internet connection. Well you can but the first power loss the time reverts to 10:00 why 10:00 bets me!!
It has a low voltage supply input. Good because you can run it of a battery. Which I am doing. Bad because you need an external 240V to 9 - 30 V power supply.

Over all, it is a good little unit with a multitude of possibilities you can attach external sensors such as. Temperature and humidity. Any sensor that gives a 0 to 15 or a 0 -30 volt output can be attached to the analog input. Good for a battery monitor. I can not find much info on the pulse input but I have been able to push it to around 150Hz on the test bench. Good for a tachometer or flow rate sensor.
