Ordered and received the Zigbee smart plug. It came but in packaging and with instructions for a wifi rather than Zigbee version. It is my first Zigbee product and I didn't know how to pair it so contacted support. Sent them photos that they requested but have still not received correct instructions despite follow up request. The link to "Instructions" on the web site goes to a "Coming soon!" promise. In the meantime I guessed how to pair it (hold down the button for 10 seconds until light flashes) and it then paired and worked fine with Home Assistant ZHA. Maybe press a button for 10 seconds is the de facto standard for Zigbee pairing mode and everybody knows that, but if so, why didn't support just say so?
