    This is my second one.. The first one broke before it's time. But it was functional enough for me to buy another of the same. Easy to use.. aeanless integration, think it's better than anything else on the market

    Good product… but a bit fidgety

    Does the job, but setup can be fiddly. Took some patience to get it working properly, but once it’s running, it’s solid.
    Getting it into position with the right amount of tension was the hardest part.
    Worth considering a built-in motor if you’re renovating or want something neater.

    Drops off the Matter/Thread network constantly

    I'd love to believe in the Matter / Thread standard.. But man it's not easy. I'm using HA with a Thread gateway; couldn't get it to pair because HA and my phone wanted to use different Thread networks. That's a Home Assistant problem though. Anyway, finally got it connected to my Samsung Smartthings hub after a lot of mucking around. This thing stays connected for about 3 hours and then... gone. I'm glad I didn't bother screwing it into the wall already.

    I've replaced with with a Kogan Tuya motor for nearly half the price. It's not as fast, and it is proprietary and cloudbased... but it works 100% of the time.

    Can you please reset the driver and try again the pairing process.
