Off to a rocky start

My reply email began we only sell NEW products
Well one out of two requests is a start. I wanted a simple door opening mechanism but wanted to phone someone at SMART. But you guessed it, they DON’T list a phone number anywhere!
So I looked through their online catalogue and bought a simple white box…containing an electronic actuated electric door opener. not quite what I wanted but hey it was ONLy $699.00 delivered
So inspite or Michael (and Co) thanks to the help of Tony Nettleton AVIT (who probably knows your ,stuff’ better than you lot, sorted it out with the builder.

When you first contacted us on 16/09/2025, we promptly responded to your email. However, your message did not include any specific questions for our support team to address, which is why we sent a follow-up with some probing questions to better understand the device you were referring to and provide the right recommendation.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply to that message. Your next communication came as a new email thread on October 3, where you asked about our phone number. We also replied to that, clarifying that our support is handled via email, and again asked if there was anything we could assist you with—but there was no response to that message either.
