BOND - Makes Your Old Ceiling Fan Smart (Wi-Fi). Alexa Echo and Google Home Compatible

  • CONTROL UP TO THIRTY CEILING FANS - A single BOND can control up to thirty ceiling fans from one central location. The BOND can record and transmit RF (radio frequency) as well as IR (infrared) signals, so it will work regardless of what kind of remote you have. The area range is about 2,500 sq. ft. so you'll be able to control fans in other rooms or on another floor.
  • CONTROL CEILING FANS, FIREPLACES, AND SOMFY SHADES FROM YOUR SMARTPHONE - BOND turns any remote controlled fan, fireplace or Somfy shades smart in seconds. Activate the fan, control fan speeds, and switch on lights—all from your iPhone, Android phone, tablet, Amazon Echo, or Google Home Assistant. With BOND, you’ll be able to use these smart devices to do whatever your remote control could do.
  • ALEXA AND Google-certified - This device is certified by Amazon and Google to work with Alexa and the Google Home Assistant. Need to use "American English" in Alexa to work in Australia
  • CONTACTLESS - NO WIRING NEEDED - Set up is extremely quick and easy. Simply plug in the BOND device, download the app to your phone, point your fan remote at the BOND, and you’re done! All of the functions on your remote—including fan speed, light dimmer settings—can now be controlled via the BOND.
  • Works with Somfy RTS Blind motors

Nice product, good app and Home Assistant integration, but sadly just a paperweight for me

I bought this because of reviews on here stating that it can control their roller shutters.
I tried a Broadlink XM4 Pro, but that was rubbish and did not control my blinds. I thought I'd give it one last go with this. Much better integration into Home Assistant. A good phone app.
Sadly cannot control my roller blinds, and I have no other RF products to control.

Thank you for your feedback and for giving the Broadlink a try after your experience with the XM4 Pro. We’re glad to hear you found the app and Home Assistant integration better, though we’re sorry to learn it hasn’t worked with your roller blinds as you had hoped.

Not all roller shutters/blinds operate on the same RF frequency or protocol, and this can sometimes cause compatibility issues. To better assist you, could you let us know the brand/model of your blinds and, if available, the RF frequency they use (e.g., 315 MHz, 433 MHz)? With this information, we can confirm compatibility or suggest an alternative solution that may work better for your setup.

We’d love to help you get your blinds automated successfully, so please feel free to reach out to our support team directly—Support@Ozsmartthings.com.au

    This is completely over rated

Tried to link to Aeraton fans and is completely useless.

    Thank you for your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to assist you further. Based on the information you’ve provided, it appears that the fans may be compatible. We recommend reviewing this helpful article: Aeratron Fan Control - Inaccurate Button Matching, which may provide guidance on setup.

Additionally, Bond offers a compatibility checker on their website. By entering the FCC code of your remote, you can verify if your fan is supported. This tool ensures accurate compatibility information before proceeding.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team

    Bond Bridge for fanlights

Easy setup to control 2 fanlights either end of a double brick house, integrated perfectly into Home Assistant for home automation and voice control.
