My name is Calum and I am the founder of OZ SMART THINGS. I am an Automation Electrician by trade. When I began in Automation I worked on domestic installations using the C-BUS systems, Sonos and integrated Av. I soon expanded into the commercial sector using further Clipsal products, Mode Lighting system, and Flex7. I then proceeded to the industrial automation working for a robotics company manufacturing and servicing equipment. It's easy to see that I love automation!
When I set about Automating my home using the latest technology which is Z-wave I was shocked by the limited amount of products available in the Australian standard frequency (921.42).
