    All 5 of mine have failed

    Ordered 5 of these and every one of them is completely dead. Can't reset, can't power on, not detected by anything. I don't recommend these at all anymore. Useless. OZ Smart Things is happy to discuss returns so props to them for that, but as a product these are awful.

    Are these AS/NZS 3112 certified?

    Yes they are. An email or a message on the chat would have been more appropriate. To review a product 1 star to ask a question is not a good way to do this and also damaging to a product that you have not even used.
